TENGA Co., Ltd. are honored to announce their participation in the 2011 Gwangju Design Biennale – Asia’s leading platform for introducing, exploring and celebrating design – through a personal invitation by none other than artistic co-director and famed artist, curator and activist Ai Weiwei!

TENGA will be exhibiting the CUP, EGG and FLIP HOLE series products at the Biennale as part of the Un-Named section, at Ai Weiwei’s request to exhibit our product designs “to expand the general and often limited understanding of what design is and gain new recognition for the inventive work in which TENGA is involved.”

The Gwangju Design Biennale will be help at Gwangju, South Korea from September 2nd to October 23rd. TENGA will be exhibited at Gallery 2 #31 of the Un-Named works section.
