The TENGA Vacuum Controller is an electronic vacuum device which produces suction when attached to compatible TENGA products.

Simply press the round button once to turn on, and press again to turn off.

Operation has been made very simple to avoid complication, simply turn the unit ON or OFF. You can also use the Release Button to open the release valve to manipulate the vacuum strength.

The product is not waterproof – please DO NOT use it in water.

It is powered by 4 AAA Batteries – please only use Alkaline AAA Batteries to keep the product operating optimally.

The TENGA Vacuum Control Unit is not waterproof, please only clean with a cloth. The Adapters are submersible so you can wash this part with water but please do not use alcohol or other cleaning agents.

Only the TENGA products with the Compatible Sticker can be used with the TENGA Vacuum Controller. Use with other products or third party items may cause damage and TENGA Co., Ltd. can not be held liable.

Yes, there is a warranty period of three months from date of purchase.

Please check the following points:
1) Are the batteries dead?
2) Is the product set up properly? Is there any air leaking from the Adapters?
3) Please ensure the product you have is a Compatible item.

The TENGA FLIP WARMER is a heating device designed specifically for the FLIP series.
The high-powered heating system uses the thermal conductivity of aluminium to thoroughly warm the entire item, from the insertion point to the inner-most depths of the product.

Please only use compatible products with the FLIP WARMER. Use with other products may cause malfunction or serious injury.

Apply lotion to the inside of the compatible TENGA FLIP product, insert the TENGA FLIP WARMER while squeezing the air out of the FLIP, and turn the power on.

Keep the Touch Button pressed continuously for 2 seconds to turn power ON/OFF.
After turning on the power, touch the button twice briefly.

This will change the settings between HIGH mode and LOW mode.

In HIGH mode, the LED light flashes quickly at 1-second intervals. In LOW mode, the LED light flashes slower at 2-second intervals.

When the inside of the TENGA product reaches the specified temperature, the LED light will switch from a blinking to a steady light.
※The product will switch to warming mode when the LED stops blinking.
※The power will automatically turn OFF if the Touch Button is not used for more than 30 minutes.
※Switch the power to OFF after use to prevent accident or injury.

The unit is washable but not waterproof. Please follow the washing instructions in the order listed below:

① Always unplug the AC adapter from the Stand before cleaning.
② Remove the Heat Stick from the Stand and wash it.
③ When washing the Stand, always shut the accompanying waterproof cap and hold it down firmly.
Storing or using the product while the charging port is wet can damage the product.
④ After use, ensure no lotion or other fluids remain on the item by washing thoroughly with tepid water and mild soap.
⑤ After washing, wipe with a soft cloth, check that no moisture remains on the charging port, and dry completely in a well-ventilated area.
⑥ Once dry, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not use it with non-compatible products or similar products from other manufacturers, as this may cause malfunctions or burns.

The TENGA FLIP WARMER is electronic and is covered with our one year warranty from the date of purchase.

Please check the following points.
1. Is the Heat Stick attached to the Stand properly?
2. Is there moisture, foreign material, or dust on the terminal connecting the Heat Stick and the Stand? Cleaning the terminal with a dry cloth or cotton swab may improve the connection.
3. Is the AC adapter plugged into the wall?
4. Is the AC adapter plugged into the Stand’s charging port?
5. Did you touch the Touch Button for two seconds?
6. Have 30 minutes passed since you turned the power ON? The power will automatically turn OFF if the Touch Button is not operated for more than 30 minutes.
7. If an error has occurred, the LED will blink rapidly and then the power will shut OFF. Unplug the AC adapter from the charging port and reconnect it.

1. Are you using the AC adapter that came with the product? The product may not warm up properly if you are not.
2. The power will turn OFF if the Heat Stick becomes disconnected during use.

Did you touch the Touch Button twice quickly?

The product will not operate if it does not detect two distinct touches.

Currently there are a number of counterfeit TENGA items on the market. While they may look very similar to authentic TENGA products, the quality is far inferior and may even be dangerous to use.
