What was renewed in the TENGA CUP renewal?
We’ve been listening to your feedback on our most popular series for 15 years, and revamped each CUP with the latest molding technology for more intricate details with more refined materials. We also improved some functions of each of them to amplify their offerings, while also bringing down the cost so that they’re all at a similar, lower price.
We’re also ecstatic to introduce the Strong and Gentle CUP Series to the global market – these stronger and gentler variations of the CUPs have long been a fan-favorite in Asia, and we’re finally able to bring them to the global market!
Are the TENGA CUPs reusable?
The TENGA CUPs are designed solely for one-time, disposable use. They should be discarded after use. With concerns to hygiene, we do not recommend using the CUP more than once, regardless of ejaculation.
In the interest of achieving the best possible TENGA experience, we suggest use without a condom for direct stimulation.
We also offer many options for those seeking a reusable device!
Are the TENGA CUPs electronic?
The TENGA CUPs are not electronic and may be enjoyed manually.
What is different about each CUP in the series?

In certain regions we also offer different color variations of the same product. These color variations have different characteristics – (Strong) Black editions are made of firmer material for more intense sensations, and (Gentle) White editions are made with softer materials for gentler stimulation.
Some of the product names are different from what I’ve read online / seen in-store, but they look similar. What are the differences?
Since launch, the TENGA CUP Series have undergone some changes in their names.
Below is a list of the previous names of the CUP Series, and what they are called now:
– Deep Throat CUP → Original Vacuum CUP
– Soft Tube CUP → Soft Case CUP
– Double Hole CUP → Dual Sensation CUP
– Air Cushion CUP → Air Flow CUP

Do the more expensive products offer a better experience?
Not necessarily! Since preferences in stimulation are entirely subjective to each individual user, we offer a wide variety of products to help everyone find what they are looking for. While the higher-cost reusable items will last for multiple uses, the hygiene and convenience of a single-use item is not to be set aside. The lower cost of disposable items also allows for exploration of a variety of sensations without breaking the bank.
What is the U.S. TENGA?
U.S. stands for Ultra Size – the U.S. TENGA is larger than the standard TENGA CUPs. While they do allow for those up to 18cm to insert fully (compared to the standard 15cm), the U.S. TENGA also offers much stronger suction than the standard cup, regardless of the user’s size.
There is a cut on the insertion pad, is my item defective?
Since the inside of the TENGA CUP Series is air-tight, we included this small incision in the insertion pad to release air upon insertion.
Please rest assured that this is part of the item’s design, and does not indicate a damaged or defective item!
Should I remove the sponge in the insertion rim?
Please do not remove this sponge. It is there to hold the lotion in place and help to evenly distribute lotion upon insertion. Please use the CUP as it is upon opening.
What measures have been taken to ensure safety and hygiene using the CUP series?
Due to the fact that the items in the TENGA CUP Series were designed with the premise that the user should insert without a condom, we have taken extra precautions with concerns to hygiene and safety.
For safety reasons we have not included any harmful materials in our products such as vinyl chloride, etc.
We have also taken into consideration the safety of our lotions for your security and peace of mind. All ingredients in our lotions have been tested for body safety.

How should I dispose of the TENGA CUP?
Waste separation and recycling will differ according to region, so please refer to your local guidelines for further details on how to dispose of items made with the materials listed above.
Are there fake or counterfeit TENGA items out there?
Currently there are a number of counterfeit TENGA items on the market. While they may look very similar to authentic TENGA products, the quality is far inferior and may even be dangerous to use.
